Human Identification Number

Many country have national identification number for their citizens(even non-citizens).
How about a universal human identification number?
This number should be powerful(as powerful as SSN) and we can show it in the open. Not like SSN, no one can put them online.
Why can we put our AIM user name and other usernames online? Because the number itself isn't the only way to authenticate. There is a password too.
We also need a government agency that authenticate if a person is who they claim to be.
Then it's possible to have 1 ID for EVERYTHING.
There is a similar idea. OpenID.
How about, government create something similar to the OpenID and replace it completely.
We can establish a world identification organization in the united nations... but hey, having a one world government, it be much easier to enforce rules.
Human civilizations have developed for this many years, and there is no unified government yet. Humans, I am disappoint.

Humm ... a human identification number ... don't know how it could be useful, or worse how it could be abused-ful! Officials are morons, it takes a wiser human to go far enough to use such ideas to good end. Apparently centuries of war and struggle has not thought the humans the vital lessons. Me too: Humans, I am disappoint.

Soooo...that would require some kind of meta international registration council.
And it would be step closer to making us all "equal" in the sense that we all have the same rights, cause we all have a number that belongs to each of us.
Then everyone could say "I am more than a number !", cause I also have the power to "request one".
Besides theres a huge potential for abusing this system as well. (Adorno - Every action generates a conter-reaction)

I like the idea of a universal identifier, but I think that you have way too much faith in how much people are willing to get along with each other. I think that we are very far away from any sort of universal governing system. The closest thing we have is the UN, which is not meant to be that at all, but rather a worldwide forum that does absolutely shit...
